Self-Care Ideas (physical)

Walking

A relaxing walk, listening to the sounds, breathing in nature.

Long Bubble Baths

Bubbles with music or simply with eyes closed to relax the mind.

Massage therapy- for me, only female

A massage with someone I completely trust and same sex as me.

Standing in the grass barefooted- sun on my face

Breathing in the air outside, feeling grass beneath my feet...love it!

Simply sitting on the couch or bed with my dogs, petting them

It's proven it relaxes us when we pet our dogs.
